Thank you for purchasing from Raw Signal. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that have been physically damaged by the customer, modified, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at don.dawson@it360.biz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
